The year is 2020 and I have a clear vision for my business...sorry I couldn't help myself, I had to do it. Please accept my apology for the terrible joke.
But really though, 2020 is going to be a great year. My word of the year is INTENTION. When I started my business I kind of hit the ground running and I've just been barely keeping my head above water. Which has been great and amazing, but this year I'm doing things with intention. I want to focus on my online presence. I want to build my website the way I want it to look. I want to focus on the things that are important to me, and make time for those things.
I'll also be saying no to a lot of things this year. Less events, no workshops, no wholesale...will I get back to these things eventually? Maybe, but for now I'm going to allow myself to focus on the things that are most important to me and the things that I want to spend my precious precious energy on.
Some new things I will be doing:
- Blogging! Hello! This is my first blog post here :)
- Monthly curated gift lists featuring unique handmade items from myself and other makers
- New items galore - I have so many ideas in my head and I can't wait to get moving on them
